The URTU Learning Wales Project like to keep learners up to date with the latest courses and events.  Within this page you will find out about the latest courses and events available in Wales.

URTU Learning Wales in your Workplace

URTU Learning in Wales works with The Workers Education Association (WEA) in partnership to provide URTU with a wide range of learning opportunities.  These are available to everyone including non-members, and a wide range of courses can be delivered in your workplace. These include a variety of Computer Skills, Health and Safety, Professional and personal development courses.

URTU Learning in Wales also work with Further Educational providers such as Cardiff and Vale College. They can offer courses that may boost your earnings, train for a new job, add to your qualifications or learn new skills?

URTU Learning in Wales can support the brokerage of;

  • learning in many South Wales regional locations, whichever is closer to your work or your home
  • the widest choice of courses across South Wales, including a range of vocational courses so you can boost your potential
  • specific courses designed for adults to help ease you back into education, or progress on to university
  • learning support if need extra help with English and Mathematics
  • supportive approaches to those with work and family commitments
  • programs to help those who are unemployed gain skills and knowledge and get back into work
  • online learning programs, so you can learn at work, at home and at any time through your computer
  • flexible study to suit you
