INSTITUTE FOR RESEARCH INTO ORGANISATIONS, WORK AND EMPLOYMENT (IROWE)

The URTU Learning project works with many organisations and is particularly pleased with its ongoing relationship with the University of Central Lancashire’s Institute for Research into Organisations, Work and Employment (iROWE). This relationship can encourage the involvement and sharing of high quality academic research through working closely with trade unions, employers, and government to inform the development of effective workplace practice and employment policy.
